Quaint Country Weddings
Emma and James my niece and her fiancé got married at this absolutely stunning venue on the 7th of October. WOW it is so beautiful set in rolling hills with a beautiful old church. Janet & Keith who are owners could not do enough to help us every step of the way. I had come over from New Zealand to do the wedding flowers and help with preparations. We visited the venue on several occasions before the wedding and at each visit we were given great advice from the hosts. This all amounted to a spectacular day and has made us lots of memories to treasure. This venue is fantastic and if you are reading this and looking at somewhere to get married you won’t have to look anywhere else.

A simply magical day!

What a little piece of heaven this venue is. Set in an amazing place with wonderful views we were happy to share it with guests from as far away as New Zealand and we had so many comments on what a beautiful spot it is.
Owners Janet and Keith are absolute stars and couldn’t do enough to easy our journey through the organisation of our daughter’s wedding and make the process so enjoyable. We will never forget your help and kindness and the excellent Quaint Country Weddings team on the day who also helped things go so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble.
We are certainly very pleased that the local authorities have let you have your venue here and also that through your hard work revenue is raised for the beautiful historic church just next door, which Emma and James had their blessing in. We hope you go from strength to strength and are sure that many more couples and their guests will continue to enjoy your magical venue. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a magical wedding day here

We cannot recommend quaint country weddings highly enough as a wedding venue. They are absolutely fantastic! We had a magical wedding day here. The venue is stunning, the views are breathtaking and the atmosphere that venue has really is like no other.
The venue owners Janet and Keith are some of the nicest people we have ever met. Every step of the way they have been so kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make the day wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They really are amazing.
We had another wedding at a different venue planned in 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID which led to us replanning the day and coming across quaint country weddings which we had not discovered before. We are so grateful we found them! They really are very different to to all the other venues we have looked at. They really do give you such an ability to create a personal and individual day, something we did not feel we had with other venues.
I would recommend this venue to anyone who is interested. We had so much fun from start to finish, the days before setting up, the wedding day and the next day packing up were all so special and fun. It really is the best venue!

Shared one of my best days of my life here. Got married her on the 14th of August to my beautiful partner. I can’t compliment the place enough.

What a fantastic set up, church and reception all in one with a beautiful view for miles.

Very reasonably priced for what you get and nothing is to much hassle.

There are kitchen facilities and toilets on site but this is up to you if you use them.
We ordered a luxury loo from Powys Luxury Loos hire, I recommend this if you have 100 + guests

Must say a massive big thank you to Janet and her partner they both when above and beyond to make our special day.

We hosted our wedding at Quaint Country Weddings in May 2023. It was such a perfect day, it was better than we could ever have hoped for. Janet and Keith were amazing, from our very first visit they were so helpful and welcoming. In the 18 months leading up to the wedding they were very supportive and made the process totally stress free. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests about the venue, the beautiful landscape, and how friendly the staff were, many of our guests said they had never been to a wedding like it before. The entire venue was also dog friendly which was perfect for our two dogs. We would highly recommend Quaint Country Weddings to any couples who are looking for their dream venue, especially if you’re looking to have a unique or non-traditional day. Thank you so much!

We knew Quaint Country Weddings was the right choice

From the first meeting with Janet and Keith we knew Quaint Country Weddings was the right choice. Though delayed by covid, Becky and Oli’s wedding on Saturday was perfect. I can’t recommend them high enough. Thank you both so much.

Where do we begin

The day couldn’t have run any smoother. Janet and Keith just sorted EVERYTHING. They slotted in like part of our family, whilst keeping professional and over seeing everything ALL day! They were still there at 11pm on the night of the wedding helping me put the hog roast stuff away! Janet was even seen helping me untangle my dress a few times!

I don’t even know where to begin!

I don’t even know where to begin! The minute we arrived at this venue we knew it was the one for us! The spectacular views that meant so much to me and then we met Janet and Keith! Two of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They were so accommodating to us when we popped to visit the venue and helped us along with our wedding plans by taking the time to show us ideas from previous weddings they had done in the past. Janet and Keith were also so kind to us when we had our daughter Bella as I was 6 months pregnant when we booked the venue! I cannot recommend this venue enough. They are also on hand to give you recommendations of local suppliers which makes planning stress free! On the day of our wedding they were so helpful with welcome drinks and helping behind the scenes, even there when we were cleaning up the day after! Thank you both for everything

It’s been just over 3 weeks now since mine and Laura’s big day and I’ve really struggled to think of the right words to say about Keith and Janet. I still can’t find words that do them enough justice other than fantastic! they were so so accommodating when we first met them in 2019 and helped us through with any problem our end or there’s and I can’t thank them enough. Most Amazing Venue

I went to a wedding here couple of weeks ago, most amazing venue , beautiful surroundings,, beautiful marquee all lit up , most gorgeous church ,all staff friendly and go out of their way to make the couple’s day very special!

Never seen such a beautiful place such as Quaint Country Weddings, out of this world in every way and the owners were also excellent in helping out from arrival to departure.
I will happily give the venue a huge 5* rating !!

We had the bestest day

We had the bestest day on July 16th. Janet and Keith were so helpful and kind throughout the whole wedding planning process. They even invited us for coffee to their home to go through plans and to reassure us. They loved being “part” of our wedding and took notes on everything and they really wanted to make our day run smoothly and to just be perfect! They were so welcoming and would always greet us with a smile. Janet and Keith loved hearing about our plans for the day, from decor, to little touches, food and entertainment. They worked their socks of by helping the caterers out on our day to deliver food which didn’t go unnoticed. They go from touching up my dress before going into church, to clearing up glasses, plates, rubbish, delivering food, and just chatting to everyone and making sure they’re all ok. They were also on taxi duty and would let people know when their transport home had arrived. What striked me the most was how they started the clearing process so quickly and made our lives so easy on the Sunday morning (thank god) to clear up from the night before. Not many venues help with this. The church and the views are outstanding as well. All of our guests said they had a great time in such a beautiful location but not only this, they all commented on how relaxed it was up there. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our special day…. It was perfect. Thank you Janet and Keith – we will always be so thankful to you both. Ben & Emma x x x
