Note:  We understand you would both like to spend your morning preparing for your wedding rather than organising your suppliers.  Approx a month before your wedding we will email over a memo with a marquee plan, whereby you can advise your supplier contact details.  We will contact your suppliers prior to your wedding to ensure they have the correct directions, our contact number (just in case), answer any questions they may have and we will arrange morning of the day suppliers setting up details based on the information you have supplied.

Don’t forget the after celebration clear up.

If you find the thought of clearing up after your wedding daunting please ask family and friends to help before the event.  We would like the venue and grounds to be cleared by 4 pm on the day after the wedding and handed back to us in the same original condition.  Any rubbish or clients items to be removed from the venue.
